Share your vision and goals, explore material options, and receive expert feedback tailored to your property. We’ll take precise measurements and gather the necessary data to create an estimate.
Once you approve the estimate, provide a copy of your plot plan or property survey. We’ll digitize it and begin rendering your project layout, giving you a visual representation and a scaled drawing for HOA approval. This step requires a $500 deposit, should you decide to move forward with your project $250 of the deposit is credit towards your project. If not, you’ll still receive your custom design
After receiving your initial deposit, we source materials, schedule deliveries, and keep you updated every step of the way. Your dedicated project manager oversees the entire process, providing regular updates, answering questions, and managing any change orders.
Once your project is finished, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you, take final photos, and ensure everything meets your expectations—so you can enjoy your new space with confidence.
